Overview

Arthur D. Little is accepting applications for spring internships at our Oslo office lasting between 2 and 5 months. We are looking for talented students with a genuine interest in strategy and management consulting. For the right candidate, we can provide a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a highly innovative and driven work environment. You will work as a junior team member in challenging client assignments together with experienced consultants that will provide guidance and help you develop.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with sharp analytical skills, creativity, drive, excellent communication skills and a team-oriented spirit. Internship candidates should have completed their Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or similar with excellent results. Fluency in Norwegian and English is a requirement.

Responsibilities

As an Intern at Arthur D. Little, you will:

  • Use strong quantitative and analytical abilities to integrate and assess data
  • Develop customized analysis tools
  • Synthesize analytical results to provide action-oriented recommendations
  • Work with clients and team members to develop and implement innovative solutions
  • Take initiative in both client engagements and internal projects
  • Communicate results and discuss issues with project teams and, on occasion, clients
  • Gain immediate responsibility for project deliverables

The role requires a high level of creative thinking and problem solving, combined with strong quantitative, interpersonal and team-working skills.
