Arthur D. Little (ADL) is a global management consulting firm helping leading corporations and organisations connect strategy, technology, and innovation. Founded in 1886 as the world's first management consulting firm, ADL operates in over 35 offices worldwide and continues to shape the future of industries through impactful consulting work.
In today's rapidly evolving environment, organisations must balance competing priorities such as short-term performance and long-term innovation, resilience and efficiency, and collaboration and competition. At ADL, we support our clients in navigating these challenges, with a strong focus on delivering measurable impact.
We are expanding our Performance and Risk & Resilience teams and are currently accepting applications for Business Analyst Internships at our London office. The internship duration is four to six months.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a strong interest in operations, supply chain, procurement, risk, safety and resilience.
As an intern, you will be fully integrated into project teams, taking on responsibilities comparable to those of a junior consultant from day one.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop core consulting skills, work closely with clients, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time Business Analyst role upon completion.
Our selection process is designed to assess your analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, motivation and potential to succeed in consulting.
Shortlisted candidates can expect the following stages:
Online Assessment – An initial test to assess relevant analytical and problem-solving capabilities
First Interview – An opportunity to discuss your background, motivation and suitability for the role
Case Study Assessment – A practical business case to evaluate your analytical thinking and structured approach to problem-solving
Presentation – An opportunity to present your findings and recommendations
Senior Interview – A final discussion with a senior member of our consulting team
Further details and preparation instructions will be shared with candidates as they progress through the process.
